Here's a couple of the naming conventions and abbreviations used:
(DBL)=Double(2x KB's) (Alt)=Alternating (BU)=Bottom Up (2h)=2-handed(for swings) (L)=Left side (R)=Right side (AH)=AnyHow(1 static, 1 moving)
Sw=Swing C=Clean P=Press Pp=Push Press J=Jerk Sn=Snatch Sq=Squat SqBw=Squat(BodyWeight) SqG=Squat(Goblet/Weighted) TGU=Turkish Get-Up DL=DeadLift (1L)=1-Legged(for DL's) BrS=Bridge(Strict) BrL=Bridge(Left) BrR=Bridge(Right) BrW=Bridge(Walking/Alternating)
100club - one of the easy warmups.light KB(ie 12KB for guys)...10 reps of each...2H Sw2h,SwL,SwR,SwA,CL,CR,PpL,PpR,SnL,SnR.
WarmUp10 - another of the warmups.light KB(ie 12KB for guys)...1min of each (total:10mins)...Sw2h,SwL,SwR,SwA,CL,CR,PpL,PpR,SnL,SnR. If you're being nice, you can allow 30s between working mins, but then it should be renamed to a "Lazy15".
JM - Joint Mobility
AMRAP - As Many Rounds As Possible(from Crossfit terminology)
AMAYCD - As Many As You Can Do
