Kettlebell Instructor certifications & Kettlebells workshops

Kettlebells South Africa now offers certifications authorised/recognised by Steve Cotter & the IKFF.

Information about international certifications is available here

KBSA Level 1 (KSI-1: Kettlebell Basics – Instructor Level 1)

These are:

  • press (basic/strict)

  • snatch

More advanced techniques to add to level 1.

  • advanced press (chair press,push press,side press,bent press etc)

  • jerk (O.A.J & jerk proper)

  • squat (goblet, double KB, overhead)

  • windmill

  • TGU (all 3 variations)

  • abdominal exercises

  • pistol

  • H2H/juggling basics

  • Body weight exercises etc

Prerequisite=KSI-1
