OK - As you all know we were extremely privileged to have had Steve Cotter in South Africa recently.
Those who were lucky enough to train with him will testify to the amazing new things that we've all learned.
All the preparation that was done leading up to his visit was well worth it, and I'd like to extend my personal thanks to everyone who endured some intense training while we got ready for his visit.
In a sense, you all got slightly "neglected" while we worked on our preparation - so thanks for the patience.
Now that it's done, we'll get back to the normal training routines - and you can have our full (& more educated) attention as we take your fitness to new and dizzying heights 
We'll be introducing some "technique clinics" for anyone who wants to get into the detail of kettlebell training. Please e-mail me if you're interested in attending these so we can set up a schedule that is suitable for everyone |

Hey everyone. I finally got to see the new plastic kettlebells. The quality of the materials and construction is very good. The design/shape of the larger ones within the set is not quite what I would've done.
I think the 18kg & 20kg handles are unmanageably thick. The 2-16kg ones are OK.
Because I don't like 'em, you get to score a bargain. The set consists of a 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20kg. Originally they were going to sell for R2475 (R22.50/kg). However, I have decided that the price will be changed. You pay for the 2-16kg, and get the 18kg & 20kg for free. Price for a complete set is R1650, so it works out at R15/kg. |
